Life in Pictures gathers the photos and videos you choose, puts them in order, and turns them into a single movie file on your Mac. It’s for everyday moments as much as big ones: last weekend’s trip, a birthday, a school year, or simply this month.

Look over everything and leave out what you don’t want, pick the kind of movie, and add a title. Each of these is optional.

Life in Pictures checks your photos and videos, shows its progress, and saves the finished movie where you choose. Watch it right away, or share it.

Coming to the Mac App Store
Life in Pictures is being made for the Mac and is planned for the Mac App Store. It’s planned as a paid app, and the aim is to keep it inexpensive. There’s no release date yet.

Life in Pictures is the successor to Monthly Video Generator, an older and much rougher Sidelark utility. That one is still free to download from the Sidelarks page if you’d like to try it in the meantime.
