Common Things to Check

Apple Music Access

If you are using Apple Music songs, make sure Roll Call has permission to access Apple Music on your device. You may also need an active Apple Music subscription for full song playback. If Apple Music is not available, Roll Call may use available previews or other audio options.

Local Audio

Roll Call can use local audio files you import into the app. If a file was moved, deleted, or is no longer available on your device, you may need to choose or import it again.

Game Day Playback

If a player does not have a full cue ready, Roll Call can fall back to an intro, a song, or a built-in cheer so Game Day keeps moving.

Lineup Changes

Use the lineup controls to turn players on or off for the current game and adjust the order. Game Day is meant to be flexible when plans change.

Team Sharing and Backups

Roll Call uses manual .rollcall export and import for team sharing and backup. Your teams live on your device unless you choose to export and share them.
